I’m going to be real with you—I’ve been in what I like to call the “floating phase.” The phase where we’re just kind of drifting along, going with the flow without much direction. You wake up, do the same things, and wonder why everything feels so repetitive and uninspiring. If this sounds familiar, you might be living by default, letting life’s waves carry you instead of charting your own course.

Imagine this: what would your life look like in 5, 10 years if nothing changed? If you kept coasting along, would you still be happy? Or would that floating start to feel like drowning? 4 Steps to Start Becoming HER Today

Ready to make this shift? Here are four steps you can start with right now to become the version of yourself you’ve been dreaming about.

This is where you get specific, so grab a journal, a notebook, or anything you can write on. Take a few minutes to envision the woman you want to be. What does she look like? How does she feel? What’s her energy, her style, her mindset? Visualize her daily routines, her relationships, her career, and even her closet! Get as detailed as possible because you’re creating a roadmap for becoming her.

Step 2: Divorce Your Old Self

Yep, you heard that right. The old habits, limiting beliefs, and routines that haven’t served you? It’s time to let them go. Becoming HER means leaving behind the mindset of the person you used to be. Are there people, places, or things you need to step back from to make room for this new version of you? It might feel uncomfortable, but remember: change only happens when we step outside our comfort zones.

Step 3: Create a Supportive Environment

Look at your surroundings—are they supporting or sabotaging your goals? Environment matters so much in becoming the woman you want to be. Start small: organize a part of your space to reflect her, curate a wardrobe that represents her style, follow people who inspire you to be that woman. Every detail counts because, trust me, when your environment aligns with your vision, your energy will shift too.

Step 4: Show Up Every Day as HER

This is the practice part. Every day, ask yourself, “What would SHE do?” When you’re faced with choices—whether it’s food, workouts, relationships, or work decisions—consider what your future self would choose. Every decision you make in her direction brings you closer to truly living as her. Day by day, step by step, you’re building the foundation for the life you want.
