NOVEMBER WORKOUT SCHEDULE IS HERE!





Oh, I'm ready to step up my game for November, are you with me?


WE might be burning some calories going in and out of quarantine.....


But nothing is going to compare to what we have in store for you next......


Do you have a friend that keep saying they will join you in one of our workouts, that they don't think they could keep up, or that they are not ready yet? OR maybe they are coming back from an injury?


WELL NOW THEY HAVE NO MORE EXCUSES....WE have a BEGINNERS VERSION OF THE NOVEMBER CHALLENGE...the beginners program is only required to do 3-4 workouts per week from the Tone Online Studio or BOD hybrid calendar!!

This calendar will be available here in our 365 group and in your TONE ONLINE STUDIO so print it out, get your cute/fun/ bright workout clothes lined up for the week ahead... and PLAN PLAN PLAN - you can do it!!!


Step 1: Decide if you will be doing TONE workouts, BOD workouts or the COMBO/hybrid (both). If you are Beginner, i recommend TONE only, if you are more advanced and have more time to workout I recommend BOD and if you have been at this for a while now, I recommend the full HYBRID CALENDAR (both workouts daily Tone+BOD)


Step 2: Join the PRIVATE GROUP ME APP: link will be emailed to you or found in our private facebook group here:


Step 3: SUBMIT YOUR BEFORE CONTENT: You will need to take a beginning photo of the front, side and back view [in workout clothes] on either October 31, November 1 or November 2. In order for your submission to count for the GRAND PRIZE, there must be a current "date written on paper" taped on the wall behind you .... If you are a shy or PRIVATE person, you can simply text your photo to me -or email to me at heathernewmanfitness@gmail.com----- No pictures will be posted or shown publicly unless you ask us to. Even the winners identity will remain hidden and anonymous unless she chooses differently.


Step 4: SUBMIT YOUR AFTER CONTENT: You will need to take an AFTER photo of the front, side and back view {in workout clothes] on either November 30 or December 1, your photo must show proof of the date. If you are a shy or PRIVATE person, you can simply text your photo to me -or email to me at heathernewmanfitness@gmail.com----- No pictures will be posted or shown publicly unless you ask us to. Even the winners identity will remain hidden and anonymous unless she chooses differently.


Step 5: SMALL ESSAY FOR THE BIG WIN!!! As far as a GRAND PRIZE WINNER - NOVEMBER PRIZES will be listed in your email. You should get an email by being subscribed at www.ToneN10.com and www.GlitterU.com (be sure to subscribe to both if you haven't already so you don't miss out on the details) As far as an essay goes - BLAH! right? lol it's nothing toooooooo hard. Just turn in 500 words or less - yes i said or LESS..... explaining how you feel the November TONE FITness challenge HELPED YOU reach your goals. This includes non scale victories, mental clarity, gaining emotional strength and confidence, etc......


What can I win?? THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL GET TO SELECT ONE OF THE 3 OPTIONS THAT WILL BE DESCRIBED IN YOUR INBOX TONIGHT!!
